Ass Ponys played Twangfest 5 in St. Louis in June, 2001, about two days prior to the market release of Lohio. They shared the bill with the likes of Blood Oranges, Bottle Rockets, Deke Dickerson & the Ecco-Fonics, Roger Wallace, Scott Miller and the Commonwealth, Slaid Cleaves, and many others.
